Job Summary

The Senior Operations Manager will lead and/or oversee multiple projects and initiatives, varying in scope, size, and complexity, that directly impact and support Bedrock's company-wide programs, processes, and/or initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and/or oversee multiple operations focused projects and initiatives, varying in scope and size
  • Define scopes of projects with business area leaders, identify key stakeholders - both internal and external, create work plans, determine resources (time, money, systems) necessary, determine objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated, and identify and manage key sequences to ensure successful completion of projects
  • Evaluate and enhance current operational processes to improve efficiencies and effectiveness
  • Work in partnership with Technology team(s) to drive systems developments, enhancements, and projects that have a technology component
  • Analyze data for anomalies, trends, and opportunities for improvement, formulating systems for capturing data where it might not exist
  • Provide input into developing project budgets, ensuring budgets and timelines stay on schedule and within cost
  • Complete impact analyses for all operations improvements
  • Manage and analyze Bedrock team member costs and annual allocations
  • Ensure cross-collaboration throughout the company on projects and initiatives
  • Create reporting and data analyses to review performance for building operations
  • Along with the Director, Operations, help establish, communicate, and implement operations-related policies, practices, and standards to ensure effective and consistent support and execution
  • Keep the Director of Operations apprised of progress toward objectives through periodic progress reports and financial reporting
  • Other duties

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Approximately 7-10 years of experience, minimum of 3 years in a operations project management role
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project or similar project management software systems.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently, prioritizing and organizing workload to meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels within the organization
