The CX Business Operations Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining operational processes for the Customer Experience Center. The overall purpose of this position is to assist the team by becoming the point of contact for new projects and streamlining account management functions. This position works under a Sr. Manager of Process and the primary function of this role is to grow and enhance the CX Team project scope.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background of results through data-driven decisions and is committed to crafting outstanding customer experience for internal and external partners with a strong focus on user experience and a passion for continuous improvement and data analytics.

Job Qualifications:

  • Understand business partner requirements for new customer service requests, and advises on best practice approaches to team development
  • Be able to identify and manage opportunities using data to support your plan
  • Product knowledge of AB's entire portfolio
  • Build, manage and own the relationship with Region / Wslrs / Local Chain Mgmt
  • Identify areas for data quality improvements and help to resolve issues through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies.
  • Assist with onboarding and training for new CX Agents

Preferred:

  • Advanced Excel or Power Bi Experience
  • Area of study emphasis in Business Management or Statistics

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Proven Leadership Ability/Advanced Supervisory Skills/Demonstrated Coaching Skills Required
  • Ability to work hours as required (nights, weekends, etc.)
  • Strong internal and external customer orientation; Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a team
