The Senior Manager, Women's Innerwear, Amazon/Omni-Channel - US, will report to the SVP Women's Innerwear - US and will be based in our company headquarters in Winston-Salem, N.C. This role is a key leader in our Amazon go-to-market strategies through providing leadership, direction, and strategy for building our Innerwear capabilities and performance in these market spaces. The role works with the SVP Women's Innerwear - US and other stakeholders to develop product strategy and brand. The role is responsible for the development of Amazon merchandising strategies for our Women's Innerwear - US business. This position contributes to the product line plan vision, as well as collaborates in the line planning process in order to achieve or exceed annual financial goals for assigned businesses. He/she collaborates with other leaders to ensure that the line plan addresses the overarching brand vision. Key metrics for success will include retail trend, new product hit rates, style scale and SKU efficiencies. This position requires a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

KEY AREAS OF FOCUS

  • Manage assigned aspects of the P&L through a direct and cross-functional team.
  • Establish the product vision and merchandising line plan for all markets.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders; influence and drive to consensus all short and long range merchandising strategies and objectives.
  • Contribute to the product development calendar - share responsibility for managing team adherence to the critical deadlines.
  • Bring customer, consumer, and market prospective to the design and product development process. Thoroughly understands the different brand's target consumer by tracking attitude and lifestyle trends.
  • Apply trend forecast and influence product POV during development process using both market information and brand filters.
  • Collaborate with business to drive the successful implementation of merchandising strategies by providing input to design and technical teams.
  • Collaborate with design and product development partners to meet costing targets on all products developed seasonally.
  • Manage/collaborate on product development templates, KPI results and seasonal projections.
  • Provide marketing and sales teams with product knowledge and serve as an informational resource. Be present in key account meetings.
  • Partner with supply chain team with sample tracking, proto reviews, achieve margins and agree on product changes as necessary.
  • Work with Creative Teams to identify seasonal brand messaging, product key items, and key looks
  • Leverage insights to recommend innovation platform opportunities for the Hanes product lines.
  • Collaborate with other Women's IW - US leaders to develop and drive annual and LRP brand marketing plans for Women's IW - US, supporting brand sales, growth and equity objectives.
  • Give guidance on the creation of gold-standard PDP's and lead associates to deliver those PDP's for our product.
  • Works with SVP Women's Innerwear - US to create strategies to drive growth for our Women's OMNI-channel business and other brand or consumer-centric initiatives over the LRP.



Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
  • 7-10 years of broad business experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
  • Experience driving ecommerce businesses, both pureplay and omnichannel.
  • Industry experience in retail, manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, or apparel preferred
  • Strategic thinker who recognizes opportunities and can influence decision makers to move to execution
  • Strong product sense with proven experience in driving product assortments and partnering with Design to conceive product concepts that drive business
  • Strong problem solving, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • High level of analytical skills and conceptual creative ability
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel when necessary.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop institutional policies/procedures and effect change
  • Proven track record of delivering results
  • Proven experience in building iconic brands
  • Experience in leveraging consumer data to drive sales growth
