About you:

The Fleet Management team supports the Convoy Go program by managing all associated assets. This is a unique role that revolves around coordinating physical assets and hardware remotely through technology. You can learn more about Convoy Go here.

You are a strong Strategic Program Management leader eager to have a big impact at Convoy. You’ll build a Strategy & Planning team from the ground up, partnering with Finance, Operations, Product, and Data Science to drive improvements in customer experience, and efficiency across our teams, ultimately maximizing profitability and accelerating growth. You are a leader, with expertise incapacity planning, a strong analytical toolset, and experience working cross-functionally to solve problems with product and process changes. You thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and dynamic environment, and are excited to help Convoy deliver best-in-class service as efficiently as possible. If you want to think big about optimizing operations, are passionate about data, and want to see a tangible impact of your work, this is a role for you.

You will:

• Lead the newly created Strategy & Planning team within Convoy Go.
• Define and execute a strategy to help Convoy Go scale profitably through medium & long-term planning
• Partner with Sales & Account Management, Finance, Product, Data Science, and Operations to build better forecasting models, optimize our portfolio, and equip stakeholders with the tools & data to make better decisions
• You will define the metrics that will drive success and will be required to design and measure effective experiments.
• Bring curiosity, positivity, and a passion for excellence.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• 5 years professional / business experience
• Ability to create new and refine existing processes
• Scrappiness - we are looking for candidates who can hustle and improvise solutions
• Cross-team collaboration to work with many orgs throughout the company
• Strong communication skills and keen attention to detail
• Developed organizational skills and ability to manage many different priorities at once 
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment

Nice to haves:

• Experience in Excel and SQL preferred
