Core responsibilities for this role are to develop long-term strategy, assess new growth opportunities, manage and coordinate large initiatives or investigations, and drive business planning. The role will include market analysis, competitive landscape assessments and GTM strategy. The person will engage and partner with existing leaders across the company.

What you'll do:

• Proactively ideate, identify, develop, and drive key strategic initiatives that deliver long-term profitable growth at the enterprise and individual brand level
• Define and develop strategy across a wide range of business areas including all aspects of team business operations
• Establish credibility, foster collaboration and develop strong, respectful relationships with appropriate partner and internal stakeholders
• Drive research and apply structured analysis to achieve insights on large-scale and transformative business initiatives; present information that is relevant and understandable to stakeholders
• Use creative yet concise and data-centric presentation skills to educate and persuade senior leadership, on strategic initiatives
• Build and leverage best-in-class tools, systems, and capabilities to track and synthesize marketplace and customer intelligence in order to deliver context and motivate action

What we are looking for:

• 8+ years of investment banking / consulting / business intelligence / strategy or related experience; high-growth operations or startup experience
• Exceptional communication and organization skills
• Proven ability to drives significant, high impact projects that have company wide implications and require significant cross-functional coordination and alignment 
• Identify and lead new cross-functional initiatives to create value, conduct ROI analysis to improve prioritization and direct resources
• Balance attention to detail with swift execution – we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, and this should be a strength
• A “get it done” attitude – bias toward action, great collaboration and master disambiguation – constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery
• Strong financial modeling and data management skills
