The Senior Manager, Clinical Affairs will execute the overall education strategy in collaboration with marketing and platform partners for all business units and Channel customers including live, virtual, digital, and Charlotte Academy education.
• Oversee the management of the Clincal Education Managers and Manager, CE Planning Team• Recruit, coach and develop a highly competent and well respected Clinical Affairs Management Team; support Sr. Dir., Clinical Education & Professional Affairs in achieving department goals including business and people management• Demonstrate high level of leadership aligned to DS Core Values• Lead the Integrated Business Planning process for CE Team; assist individual Clinical Affairs Managers in the development of each business unit's CE Strategy including tactical plan and budget recommendation for priority brands • Collaborate with brand and platform partners to develop and execute educational strategies aligned to organizational objectives• Develop, manage and forecast CE platform budget; provide monthly summary to CE Department• Conduct monthly/quarterly business updates with CE Managers and Manager, CE Program Planning; ensure accurate forecasting and management of department budget• Establish annual KPIs and create department dashboard to measure and track annual CE goals & objectives• Collaborate with Online Academy Manager and Charlotte Academy Manager to build a comprehensive portfolio of world class educational programs aligned with go-to market strategy for all strategic brands• Manage and maintain a highly diverse and industry respected KOL community; exercise judgement in selection methods and recruitment of new KOLs using globally approved KOL selection criteria• Collaborate with global clinical affairs teams to develop KOL training programs for new product and platform initiatives• Collaborate with brand marketing directors to support new product launch initiatives; deliver high quality, industry leading educational resources for sales force execution• Execute educational Association/trade show strategy as directed and approved by RCO• Manage special department projects and initiatives; appropriately delegate and assign tasks to Clinical Affairs Management team (Centers of Excellence, Study Clubs, DS World, KOL Symposia, etc.)• Position requires travel

Education:• Bachelor's degree

Certifications/Licensing:
• N/A

Years and Type of Experience:• Professional Sales or marketing experience• Dental or related healthcare industry knowledge and experience preferred• Teaching experience utilizing adult learning techniques preferred• 3+ years of KOL management in related industry preferred

Key Required Skills, Knowledge and Capabilities:• Knowledge of clinical procedures and products used in dentistry• Ability to tranlate marketing strategy into sales execution• Strong analytical skills• Experience and comfort working in a fast paced environment• Ability to interface with individuals at the top of their profession• Ability to be agile, understanding the point of view of others • Strength in forecasting educational needs and ability to propose new solutions/methods• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Office 365, Excel, Powerpoint, Word• Negotiation skills • Proven ability to exercise sound independent judgement
