The Role

The Senior Manager of Payment Transformation will serve as a Subject Matter Expert that supports the design of innovative payment methodologies for our provider, payer, and public partnerships. The position will work with other cross functional teams and will use advanced knowledge of performance metrics of value-based arrangements to define incentive components. The position will mentor junior team members.

Who we are looking for

  • An individual with the ability to handle ambiguity and changing priorities with commitment to a culture of diversity, curiosity, flexibility, transparency, and accountability.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and evaluating the performance of value-based payment models and related network strategies with knowledge of total medical cost concepts, and other clinical outcomes metrics
  • Advanced analytical and reasoning skills with ability to assess qualitative and quantitative impacts
  • Ability to collaborate and work across a complex matrixed organization
  • 6+ years of combined experience within managed care organization, provider sponsored organization, or healthcare consulting
  • Bachelor's Degree required

What you will do

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders across the organization to define key clinical and financial metrics of our value-based partnerships
  • Serve as thought partner across the business and will contribute to a culture of theory testing and data-driven decision making for our risks and contracts
  • Lead the detailed design of consistent framework for value based performance metrics that will support the mitigation of risk associated with contracting
