Job Description
Plans, directs, and coordinates the activities necessary to support business partner initiatives across the organization and ensures operations expectations for timeliness, quality, and efficiency are delivered in conjunction with partners. Manages vendor relationships and/or vendor relationships to drive improvements. Manages processes, operational strategies, and controls. Leads a team to drive continual improvement and innovation, bringing about enhanced capabilities to support organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Reviews operations metrics and other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement.
- Partners with business partners across the organization and the operations teams to ensure service-level agreements, quality, and efficiency goals are delivered for daily work and new initiatives.
- Monitors suppliers to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed goods or services within budgetary limits and monitors available goods and/or services that could enhance operations. Leads and supports projects that introduce new capabilities for the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Operations, Management, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in people management
- 8+ years of experience in operations management, people leadership, or related field
- In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of experience in operations management, people leadership, or related field
Preferred Qualifications

- Master's Degree in Business, Communications, Operations, Management, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in process management, operations, people leadership,
- Lean, Six Sigma
