Senior Manager of Operations Architecture - REMOTE

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Operations Architecture and Strategy to craft and deliver on the systems, structures, and internal partnerships needed to execute on new areas of growth and transformation in our business. Reporting to Meraki’s Senior Director of Operations, you will work closely with our Product, Operations, Strategy, and Finance teams to turn our future business outcomes into tangible requirements and plans for our operating teams. And you will be a voice for Operations in critical, enterprise-level, cross-functional initiatives, guiding new systems/processes/architecture to help us execute in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
- Partner across Meraki and other Cisco teams to serve as a key Operations subject matter authority to help define the long-term operating model for Meraki Operations.
- Guide the design and implementation of Operations architecture needed for new revenue streams and Meraki’s Next Generation Operating Model.
- Bring disparate teams together into a common blueprinting framework – to allow the organization to better plan new business strategies and deliver horizontally optimized solutions.
- Be a gatekeeper to ensure objectives are clear and success measures defined before efforts move into execution.

Key Experience:
- Leading high-visibility, enterprise-level initiatives.
- Working in large-scale operations systems with an understanding of how to integrate and craft those systems to meet business outcomes.
- Operations, Strategy, Architecture, and Program Execution and 4+ years of demonstrated ability working with leaders at a senior level.
