Overview
Join the highly talented Platform Operations team as a member of our innovation and integration operations team. You will be responsible for managing our portfolio of new Live Service initiatives and alternate sourcing methods which are the most complex in our ecosystem. You will help drive our new innovations with end-to-end accountability to ensure that we execute with high quality. You will mobilize teams in customer success and beyond to deliver new initiatives. Executing new initiatives is hard. they require a village. you are the village leader rallying teams to execute end to end.
We are looking for leaders for whom operations is a towering strength, who have deep experience kicking off initiatives and landing them on the ground. You are an athlete who will wear many hats and work across teams to deliver tangible outcomes. You will engage senior leaders in highly matrixed organizations, consistently show a bias for action driving execution and above all, delivering delightful experiences to our customers.
What you'll bring
- Strong communicator who knows how to translate analysis into business insights, prioritize based on strategy, and communicate objectives, plans, status and results clearly.
- 5+ years of experience in operations within a fast-moving technology-driven organization or a quickly evolving supply chain driven organization
- 2-3 years of top tier management consulting experience preferred
- Strong business analysis skills (planning, feasibility assessments, requirements development, testing, problem solving)
- Demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, quickly understand operating systems, and lead the delivery of a portfolio of programs/projects
- Strong track record of program delivery of large cross-functional, cross-organizational programs
- Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and ability to both influence and develop strong partnerships at all levels
- Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent and leadership are essential to success in this role
- Undergraduate degree in a business, technical, or science discipline required; MBA or advanced degree preferred; Or equivalent experience
How you will lead
- Be accountable for the delivery of the innovation operations on the ground
- Leverage your knowledge of operational systems, processes and technology to deliver E2E operational processes for new services
- Drive collaborative processes to ensure Intuit is ready to support new innovations operationally, have a startup mindset to quickly pivot and solution emerging issues
- Rally people to execute complex innovation plans, including translating the strategy into prioritized initiatives that can be executed across organizations
- Provide steady leadership the face of uncertainty, change, and aggressive deadlines common to a rapidly growing innovation company with an evolving business model
- Identify and champion requirements for the product management team to build the requisite operational systems. Recommend decisions/trade-offs at the portfolio level and provide options considered, data, recommendations and principles behind the decision process
