The Senior Manager of HealthCare Security / Privacy / Compliance / Risk will lead a team responsible for the operationalization of various Security, Privacy, Compliance, and Risk programs to ensure Nuance Health Care Products meet customer expectations and associated regulations.

  • Plans, implements, and manages compliance management program capabilities for all Nuance security/compliance initiatives
  • Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders from each business unit to monitor and report on progress, resolve issues, and refine control processes as necessary.
  • Work with the Product Management teams and focus the Security, Privacy and Compliance (SPC): Tasks / Features / Programs / Projects to JIRA Align -SPC Portfolio.
  • Responsible for assuring process effectiveness, measurement, and optimization.
  • Contributes to the creation and maintenance of the security compliance management standards, frameworks, processes, procedures, and other program documentation
  • Monitors and analyzes security controls, risks, and metrics to identify themes, trends, correlations, and help drive efficiencies.
  • Create and provide updated roadmaps for products requiring certification and regulatory audits.


Qualifications
Number of Years of Work Experience: 15+ years' of Information Security/Risk Management experience with prior management experience.
Bachelor's degree with industry certifications in security, technology, and/or business management (e.g., CRISC, CISSP, CCIE, CISM, CISA, HITRUST Certified CSF Practitioner)
Required Skills

  • Information Security, Privacy, Compliance, and Risk Governance background
  • Prior experience with HITRUST, SOC2, HIPAA, CSC20
  • Prior experience with vulnerability scanning tools and penetration testing practices.
  • Control assurance design principles and practices Information Technology audit practices
  • Knowledge of risk assessment design and delivery
  • Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance systems [RSA Archer a plus]
  • Well versed in security policies & awareness and training
