Senior Manager, Digital Transformation - Supply Chain

We are currently looking for a Digital Transformation Manager to drive and manage Meraki’s various transformation initiatives in the Supply Chain in the areas of product lifecycle management, supply planning, sourcing, and quality; improving efficiency and enabling new business strategies.
You will:
- Engage with business partners across HW Engineering, Supply Chain & Sourcing, and Finance to understand business objectives, strategy, processes and translate them into Business and System capabilities, roadmap, and provide solution options with recommendations.
- Be a leader with vision, problem solver, and collaborator with partners.
- Lead a team of Business Architects and Analysts responsible for crafting business processes, metrics, and systems, enabling new business strategies, and improving overall operational efficiency.
- Have expertise in End-To-End Supply Chain with emphasis on PLM, Sourcing, and Supply planning.
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of cross-functional Oracle Cloud PLM.
- Collaborate with partners in Asia, which will require evening calls. (about 20%)
- Determine Operational objectives.
- Scale the business through standardization, continuous improvement, and lean practices
- Bridges the gap between business problems and technology solutions
- Providing specifications according to which the solution is defined, led, and delivered
You are:
- Able to analyze and develop process and systems capabilities to enable new business strategies.
- Successful in leading a team to drive transformations across the Supply Chain.
- Persistent and tenacious, an executive presenter, and a highly skillful communicator.
You have:
- 8 years of experience influencing without positional authority
- Lead teams to drive a vision and roadmap
- Engaged with a large group of partner base and influence
- The ability to resolve deadlines on your own accord to support an aggressive adoption timeline
- Logical reasoning and passion for finding efficiencies
