Job Description
As a Senior Manager Product Strategy and Delivery for CVS Health supporting Aetna Health products you will work in a fast-paced environment and will carry the responsibility to manage key components of an advanced digital services platform.
This position requires a blend of product management, project management and program management. Plus, strategic consulting skills. You will manage complex enterprise-wide initiatives and partner with both internal Aetna Health and the larger CVS Health enterprise to deliver these initiatives. May be responsible for concurrent initiatives as team lead and/or team member, based on resource requirements.
You will need to build strong business relationships and be able to manage multiple complex information and synthesize information coming from various sources. You will research and understand the business/program need, product solution, market, and develop an informed opinion in each journey area and articulate the best approach. You will be able to translate this information and share this information with a larger audience.• Act as a Strategic consultant to the business• Synthesize asks from multiple people, sources, and teams.• Manage complex information and communicate in a clear and concise manner.• Balance a spectrum of interests (internal, external, short-term, long-term) to yield the highest value roadmap.• Develop and deliver required analysis, metrics, reporting and presentation materials.• Gather, analyze, and synthesize business intelligence to drive achievement of strategic business objectives.• Communicate product and program vision effectively to peers and leaders.• Guide product strategy from internal pilots to external launch.• Perform industry research as necessary to support feature development.• Provide product subject matter expertise and leadership.• Work with program to track schedule against the roadmap and escalate risks and issues.• Demonstrated collaborative style, with ability to lead and influence diverse teams.• Demonstrate experience driving agile product development.
Required Qualifications
7+ years' experience with several in either: product management, program or project management, management consulting, project consulting, business process consulting, and strategic analysis.
7+ year of managing complex programs, products, and products as a strategic partner.
5+ years of experience supporting clients and key stakeholders. Able to present business updates and timelines of projects.
3+ year of managed healthcare experience
* Able to travel up 10% for PI Planning Meetings.

Preferred Qualifications
*Strategic business planning and consulting experience.• Demonstrated relationship management skills; capacity to quickly build and maintain credible relationships at varying levels of the organization simultaneously.• Demonstrated leadership with relevant initiatives: Business process, enterprise business project management/consulting, financial strategic planning, and analysis and/or strategic planning• Demonstrated superior business process, program management and project management.• Experience with enterprise-wide and/or cross-functional large-scale initiatives with high degree of complexity• Agile experience• Experience working for Aetna

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
