Are you a highly motivated Cyber Technology Manager who would love to join our expanding Security Operations team? You will collaborate with the VP, Cyber Protection and Defense. In this technical and supervisory role, you will lead the team responsible for handling a portfolio of Cyber technology tools such as Vulnerability Management, Endpoint Detection & Response, Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR)! This is an exciting opportunity for a high-reaching and eager candidate to own the daily management operations and performance improvements of industry-leading security technologies that help protect and defend the enterprise, while working with 27+ globally diverse operating companies!

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and analysts that support critical cyber tools including Endpoint Protection and Response (EDR), Email Security, Log Management / Security Information Event Management (SIEM), Vulnerability Management, and Security Orchestration, Automation, and Reporting (SOAR)
• Establish and maintain the cyber service delivery capability. Apply ITIL based service design, service catalog, service delivery, and service support frameworks and processes to deliver and measure operational performance
• Build and improve visual/daily management protocols to encourage team engagement, problem identification, and continuous improvement
• Lead the cyber technology asset lifecycle, including upgrades, organizational change, vendor relationships, and licenses / financials

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading IT, service or Cybersecurity operations teams
• 7+ years of IT operations, service management, and or Cybersecurity service delivery experience
• Experience Leading remote teams and coordinating initiatives in highly matrixed organizations across multiple geographies and time zones
• Technical proficiency in at least one of the following enterprise cyber solution categories: Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), Log Management and Security Information Event Management (SIEM), Vulnerability Management (VM), Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors in a computer or technology related field
• Cyber security certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CISM
• Splunk or Palo Alto Cortex / Cortex XSOAR certification
• Experience planning, deploying, and maintaining agent-based solutions to large enterprises with over (10K+) servers and workstations
• Experience designing ticket / request workflow processes, monitoring queues, and handling service blocking issues
