About the Role
The Senior Manager of High Volume recruiting is responsible for leading a multi-site team of recruiters, sourcers and candidate experience specialists in support of Agero’s contact center operation (roughly 3,000 + hires per year). In addition to leading and inspiring a high performing team, the senior manager role is responsible for managing key partnerships across HR, Contact Center Leadership and the workforce planning teams as well play a thought leadership role across the TA team.
Candidates for the Senior Manager role must come with a demonstrated track record of using data and analytics to drive efficiency across the funnel, make resourcing decisions and evaluate individual and team performance.
Key Outcomes:
- Become a SME on all applicant recruiting systems, processes and value creating activities
- Build and Invest in key relationships across TA, HR And the Business
- Evaluate existing recruiting strategy and engage with TA leadership of necessary adjustments to ensure successful execution
- Inspire the team and it’s collective efforts against a mission of securing top talent in support of our partners in the business
- In partnership with contact center operations and workforce management, develop and manage to a hiring plan that both meets the business needs and is deliverable
- Hire, coach, develop, lead and inspire a work class recruiting team through feedback, modeling the right behaviors, data and industry best practices
- Leveraging a rich pool of recruiting data, engage with your team and stakeholders around key themes, risks, opportunities for purposes of driving top talent to the business
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a high performing recruiter
- 3-5 Years of recruiting management experience in a high volume environment
- Has a keen eye for finding and assessing talent
- Is an outstanding coach/mentor with a demonstrated track record of talent development
- Demonstrated track record of building and executing recruitment strategies
- Demonstrated track record of managing to metrics
- Experience leading teams where LinkedIn, Indeed and other tools are used for candidate flow
- Experience with Greenhouse Recruiting a plus
- Superior communication skills with an emphasis on storytelling and presentations
