The Role

We are looking for someone to improve capacity planning across the complex and growing site delivery network. The Gopuff Labor planning team is tasked with transforming the way the network forecasts MFC capacity, optimizing labor scheduling, and building products to scale and automate overall labor management. Major partners include S&OP, Planning, Transportation, Last Mile Tech, Operations and Business Expansion teams to develop a strategic approach to create and scale labor planning. The Senior Manager, capacity forecasting will oversee site capacity management across the network. You will build partnerships with site operators to ensure customer service risk is reduced in both the short and medium term.
You Will:

    • Collaborate with major partners include S&OP, Planning, Transportation, Last Mile Tech, Operations and Business Expansion teams to develop a strategic approach to create and scale labor planning.
    • Oversee site capacity management across the network. You will build partnerships with site operators to ensure customer service risk is reduced in both the short and medium term.
    • Oversee workday integration and overall product management of OA schedule optimization.
    • Develop scalable strategies and organizational structure to support the network.
    • Ensure the customer experience is continuously protected, while minimizing fulfillment risk and mitigation costs across multiple sites.
    • Plan for flow inputs for multiple process paths to align operational processing capacity to order volume.


Qualifications:

    • 5+ years in the supply chain, labor management, and capacity management.
    • Demonstrated experience to analyze data to guide root cause analysis and process improvement.
    • Experience building operations-focused teams with a data and analytics background.
    • Experience leading large, strategic programs with many partners.


Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelors in Finance, Operations, Logistics or related field.
    • Experience in fulfillment operational environments.
    • Fluency in SQL, Looker, or other BI Platforms.


Compensation

    • Gopuff pays employees based on market pricing and pay may vary depending on your location. The salary range below reflects what we'd reasonably expect to pay candidates. A candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
