Job Description
Responsible for leading a cross functional strategy team that ensures business processes and applications function in a manner that provide premier customer service and experience to our customers. Responsible for managing and developing a team of process owners, ensuring all critical and core applications meet established service level agreements (SLAs), leading infrastructure and operational business process development and strategy, leading the continued transformation to an Agile way of doing business, ensuring an adequate control environment exists, and fully supporting all risk efforts.
Responsibilities
Drives the creation and delivery of strategic projects to ensure the relevance of organization. Leads infrastructure and operational business process development and strategy.
Ensures systems and applications function in a manner that provides premier customer service and experience to our customers. Manages operational support to ensures all critical and core applications meet established SLAs with an emphasis on the reduction and prevention of client impacting Incidents. Supports the development and delivery of prioritized projects within portfolio.
Build and foster key business relationships, culture and a common commitment.
Ensures an adequate control environment exists as well as fully supporting all risk efforts.
Partners in the development of system requirements and solutions.
Research digital trends and best practices to improve usability and efficiency of contact channels.
Analyzes cross-channel performance. Develops and deploys strategies to meet business objectives.
Manages legal, compliance, and audit processes for the team.
Manages and develops a team, including hiring, performance evaluation, and development decisions.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Statistics, Finance, or related field
8+ years of experience in Collections, Customer Service, Customer Strategy, or related field
In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of experience in Consumer Finance, Analytics, Operations Strategy/Research, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
