Job Description
The Hybrid Cloud Enablement (HCE) organization leads the end-to-end delivery and operations of cloud services to the CVS Health enterprise. Within HCE's Delivery team, the Cloud Delivery Lead is responsible for leading the coordination of activities within the service delivery process. This role will apply consulting and project management methods to engage new and existing cloud customers to guide them through a customer-centric process of cloud service delivery. This role ensures that our customers are led through a thoughtful process that includes clearly defining deliverables, objectives, and timelines, then coordinating the execution of activities to deliver the desired outcome. This role works in coordination with other infrastructure and enterprise teams to clear a path forward to execute the successful enablement of cloud solutions.
Looking for a customer-focused relationship builder with skills in project management and consulting. Must have experience working with cloud technologies. Must be organizationally savvy and adaptable to accommodate a broad spectrum of varying customer needs around technology guidance, process guidance, control and support.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the coordination of activities to deliver cloud solutions
- Usher and support customers throughout the cloud enablement process
- Transform customer needs into actions with traction
- Apply consulting and critical thinking skills to create a customer-centric path forward to cloud enablement
- Facilitate the elimination of obstacles that are impediments to progress
- Work in partnership with other infrastructure and enterprise teams to:• Coordinate the execution of projects relating to cloud enablement• Escalate risks/issues that are potential impediments to delivery• Assemble appropriate enterprise resources to enable successful delivery
- Manage budgetary commitments/utilization for each body of work
- Coordinate exploratory engagements that precede formal projects
- Provide management overviews, reports and insights on progress and impediments
- Lead discussions around your portfolio in activity review meetings
- Act as a liaison between Hybrid Cloud Enablement and other infrastructure/enterprise teams throughout the service delivery process
Ability to:
- Build trust and positive relationships with key customers
- Communicate clearly and engage with IT leaders and staff
- Identify required tasks and create a clear set of deliverables, assignments and timelines
- Manage the coordination of activities under aggressive timelines
- Continuously manage multiple critical projects concurrently
- Solve problems with a high degree of customer focus
- Apply project management methods to deliver operational improvements and cloud solutions
- Zoom in/out from the big picture
- Work in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment
Required Qualifications
-8+ years of project management, consulting experience or related experience
-2+ years of experience in Cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS)

Preferred Qualifications
-Consulting Skills
-Proven track record of managing successful projects and developing positive customer relationships
-Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
-Strong Business Acumen
-Experience in Healthcare / Retail / Pharmacy Benefits Management
-Experience with management-level reporting and communication.
-Demonstrated teamwork, positive attitude and good rapport with peers and customers
-Ability to multi-task in a fast paced continually changing environment
-High-energy, creativity and inventiveness in overcoming obstacles and keeping processes on track while building customer rapport.
Education
-Bachelor's Degree or the additional equivalent experience
