Your Career
We are looking for a Anaplan Senior Manager to join our Corporate Finance team. A successful candidate will possess exceptional analytical and communication skills, be a team-player with a collaborative mindset, and be passionate about driving change and automation in a dynamic fast-paced environment. This highly visible role reports to the Director, FP&A. Transformation, Finance Accounting.
Your Impact
Develop and maintain product portfolio knowledge and monitor future Anaplan product development for its adoption to the existing ecosystem
Lead a team to provide production support processes including routine operational activities and maintenance support activities
Create and maintain CoE documentation on insights on Anaplan technical leading practices, architectural design and innovation
Provide feasibilityanalysis of user requirements / new feature requests
Monitor data flows to and from business teams’ systems to ensure all data is up-to-date and accurate
Maintain Anaplan data architecture and work with Finance Systems / Technology teams to maintain and enhance system and data integration upstream/downstream
Maintain user access and security based on user specifications
Oversee model builders technical build and ensure standard practices being followed across models
Translate enhancement requirements from the business into conceptual architectural design, functional requirements and use cases
Ensure processes and procedures are properly documented for critical interfaces
Lead tracking of defects and prioritize enhancement backlog based on business needs
Qualifications
Your Experience
6+ year of experience with Anaplan development, design, architecture, and maintenance
Certified Solution Architect License or Master Anaplanner License
Deep understanding of Anaplan Way and Connected Planning
Experience with and capable of managing team of 3-5 Anaplan model builders
Able to manage workload for the team, assign work to others, manages overall risk and quality
Able to deliver expected output on time and on budgeted hours
Capable of manage 10-30 user populations
Able to determine architectural implications and identify optimal solutions for most complex problems
Strong people focus, communication and leadership skills, and analytical thinking
Strong project management skills and knowledge of Agile methodologies
