Senior IT Specialist
LeaseQuery is looking for a Senior Information Technology Specialist to join our Engineering team. We’re looking for someone with a passion for improvement; both in our processes and in yourself. We’re looking for an experienced Information Technology Specialist to participate in a team of IT professionals providing onsite and remote support for our Lease Query employees. The ideal candidate is a self starter with strong communication, analytic, and organization skills and comfortable adapting to change.
What you will be doing
- Participate in a growing team of IT professionals
- Manage enterprise and desktop software and hardware
- Support our customers with IT related issues, tracking to closure, and/or escalating as needed
- Actively engaging with customers (speaking, writing, and active listening) to troubleshoot computer and software issues
- Drive and execute employee onboarding and offboarding duties
- Identify, recommend, and implement changes to areas for automation and other improvements
- Maintain process documentation for IT team
- This role will primarily be on site 9A-5PM Mon-Fri
- Other duties as assigned
What skills and experience we need you to have:
- 3-5 years experience with IT infrastructure operations, service management, or business operations experience
- Working experience of networking, PCs, Macs, and Linux operating systems
- 1-3 years experience managing software licenses and access
- Associates Degree (or higher) in technical field or comparable experience
