Senior IT Infrastructure Assessor
Description
This is a Hybrid position within our IT Organization. The role will allow employees to work offsite but will also require onsite work based on business needs. The selected candidate will be expected to commute to the innovation center to which they are assigned as their primary GM facility. This position requires an employee to be onsite 1-3 times per week. Relocation may be provided.
The IT Controls Assurance Senior Infrastructure Assessor is responsible for conducting and leading, assessments of IT Controls across varying platforms and IT technology components (e.g. applications, infrastructure, network, middleware, database, etc.). Assessment activities are conducted primarily to ensure compliance with various legal and regulatory requirements, as well as, adherence to various Corporate Policies, Industry Standards / Maturity Models, or other requirements set forth by IT management. This role also involves leading and executing projects as assigned, and may involve leading Compliance Associates and Analysts. All work is performed in a corporate environment, which is global in nature, and involves executing standard auditing methodologies, processes, and tools in the areas of audit planning, field work, data analysis, reporting, work paper documentation, and quality assurance (QA).

- Develop a high-level understanding of the control environment (e.g. function and design) in assigned area
- Develop and manage to Assessment Schedule and assure proper work-force utilization
- Lead, mentor, and develop Compliance Associates/Analysts
- Analyze findings and conclusions
- Report the status and results of the assessment

IT & Technology Experiences:
- Strong background in IT Audit, with experience auditing Identity & Access Management (IAM), Backup and Recovery (BUR), Change Management, Job Monitoring, and Security Configuration Controls for multiple operating system versions (Linux & Windows) and Database technologies (Oracle, Postgres, SAP HANA). Candidate should also have a good working knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, Cloud Computing, EDI and ETL technologies.
