Join us!About the Role:The Sr IT Administrator will help manage our internal day-to-day technology operations. A successful candidate must be passionate about technology and possess a demonstrated ability to follow through on tasks, pay close attention to detail, and work independently as well as part of a team. The IT Administrator will be part of a team responsible for meeting Mynd’s technology needs as we grow, making recommendations for continuous improvement, and managing the implementation of new solutions.Responsibilities:  

• Provide advanced technical support and guidance for all internal users throughout the organization, both in the office and in the field.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and OSs remotely.
• Maintaining network and application security on all endpoints, servers and appliances.
• Communicate clearly with peers as well as management and provide technical leadership.
• Provide regular updates, status and completion information to manager and/or users, in both  written format and via live presentations.
• Coordinate activities with network services and information systems groups.
• Test and create deployment packages for software and upgrades.
• Develop custom API  integrations between different SaaS systems
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent experience preferred
• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology (or related Computer Science experience)
• 2+ years of experience in MacOS, IPv4 Networking, and Google GSuite
• Solid understanding of IPv4, REST, and LDAP
• Scripting/Expression languages and structures, such as Javascript, Python, Powershell, BASH, JSON, XML, YAML, REGEX
• Proven troubleshooting skills and the ability to stay calm and methodical under pressure
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong analytical abilities
• Experience automating processes and operating at scale
• IT industry certifications are a plus.
