The Solutions team at H1 are subject matter experts who drive client insight generation. We partner with leaders in Pharma and biotech to enable them to build and maintain collaborative, mutually beneficial relationships with key global external experts and other stakeholders through optimized identification, profiling and integrated strategic engagement.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AT H1

As a Director, Strategic Solutions you will partner with our clients to understand their business needs and translate those needs into actionable data insights. You will be working with stakeholders across the H1 organization and directly with our customers to understand our business, the markets we’re in and the needs of our clients. You will:

- Collaborate closely with the account management and customer success team to understand our client’s business needs

- Participate in sales, implementation and account management calls as a subject matter expert on our data and the pharmaceutical landscape

- Deliver customized data solutions that allow our clients to make insights-driven strategic decisions and establish themselves as the partner-of-choice 

- Partner with business analysts to translate client needs into data solutions

- Consult with clients to develop and execute transformational strategies throughout the product life cycle

ABOUT YOU

You are an experienced pharma/biotech leader who understands the pharmaceutical landscape and the product development lifecycle. You are someone who can manage complexity and adjust your process to the context you’re working in. You’re as comfortable talking to engineers as you are talking to CEOs. Your natural inclination is to work collaboratively, to be transparent and seek and give feedback continuously.

REQUIREMENTS

- 10-15 years of experience pharmaceutical/biotech or consulting 

- Excellent presentation skills

- Experience working on a cross functional team

- Understanding of pharma lifecycle management, with experience in KOL management/advisory boards/speakers bureau

- Ability to speak to business analysts and data scientists

- Experience working closely with MSLs and Medical Affairs teams

- PharmD or a Masters degree is a plus!
