Senior Director, GTM Business Systems & Operations
Our growing team is looking for a Senior Director, GTM Business Systems & Operations! Your efforts will carry significant impact on our multi-product, multi-industry SaaS business. You will own the strategic oversight and tactical execution of our business applications and connected systems. As we continue to grow in scale and complexity, your focus will be on aligning business processes and technologies to increase organizational efficiency, improve performance, and maximize return on investment.
What You'll Do
- Own the strategic and tactical oversight of Unanet's instances of business applications, with emphasis on Salesforce.com (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Communities, Partner Portal) and connected systems
- Work with cross functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into use cases and business requirements
- Implement improvement initiatives to align business processes across our organization increasing efficiency, improving performance, and maximizing ROI
- Manage our Sales Operations team and ensure all system changes to our CRM are tested and communicated to impacted stakeholders
- Work closely with our Marketing Operations team to ensure effective go-to-market coordination and performance tracking
- Ensure the CPQ system is setup to enable end users to have accurate pricing and order forms
- Support and drive sales technology adoption across our workforce, overseeing compliance and management through technology
- Develop integrations strategy for Unanet business systems, including integration between CRM and ERP
- Regularly meet with cross-functional team of business and operations process and technology owners to document business processes as well as build requirements and process designs for new projects and processes
- Partner with our Executive Leadership Team to prioritize strategic projects and provide status updates on in-flight projects; manage projects from inception to project sign-off
- Work cross-functionally to establish governance approach for the purchase of new systems and change management of existing systems, along with data governance to identify one-source of the truth for core data elements
- Establish plans to decommission existing tools, where needed
- Manage vendor relationships for core business systems
- Advance our application lifecycle management processes
- Lead the integration of acquisitions for Sales, ensuring maximum continuity through effective cross-functional collaboration and efficient integration of new sales resources/data, contracts/environments
Who You Are
- 10+ years of operations, business systems and technology experience in B2B SaaS industry
- Extensive experience with go-to-market technologies, such as Salesforce, CPQ, and Conga
- Experience with middleware integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi iPaaS) and troubleshooting cross-application integrations
- Experience with Salesloft, LeanData, and HubSpot
- Demonstrable track record of business process optimization with ability to define our revenue system landscape as well as identify gaps between current and desired end-state
- Strong business acumen, coupled with an analytical, financial, and technical skillset
- Strong proficiency with implementing software systems from vendor selection to project sign-off
- Strong proficiency with Excel
- Excellent organizational as well as written and verbal communication skills
- Experience leading and growing technical resources and teams related to business systems
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

The salary range for this opportunity is $165,000 to $180,000 per year. You will be eligible for discretionary bonus compensation, subject to plans that may be in effect from time to time.
