Do what you love. Love what you do.

At Workday, we help the world's largest organizations adapt to what's next by bringing finance, HR, and planning into a single enterprise cloud. We work hard, and we're serious about what we do. But we like to have fun, too. We put people first, celebrate diversity, drive innovation, and do good in the communities where we live and work.

About the Team
Workday is seeking a Senior Director, Global Site Experience to lead an expanding team focused on site health around the world. This position reports into the Senior Director, Employee Life. The Site Experience Team is part of Talent Experience, which is under People & Purpose (HR). With regional leaders in North America, EMEA, and APJ, and a Global Director/program lead based out of the US, this team ensures Workday is a great place to work for all - no matter who you are or what place you call home.

About the Role

In this newly crafted role, a strategic leader in the employee experience space will have the opportunity to lead the team shaping high-visibility programs and events across our global office footprint and our remote workforce. Our programs are designed to build connections amongst employees, celebrate our employee's contributions, and engage everyone in the Workday experience. We believe these experiences reinforce and strengthen our culture of innovation, focus on efficiency, and customer-centric approach. We know vibrant local office cultures will in turn strengthen our business. By investing in employees, we know they'll invest in our customers and products in return.

The perfect candidate will be successful in a range of settings working with audiences from emerging career to executives. They'll approach their work with an employee-first outlook, and possess the ability to respond quickly while remaining cognizant of the long-term outlook and objectives.

Like many companies, we're expecting our workforce of the future to use our office spaces differently. The majority of our employees will be able to spend a portion of their time working from home. Your team will be tasked with understanding how these shifts impact the experience of individual employees as well as the large-scale impacts on our culture, programs, and strategy. Workday's offices are slowly reopening at this time. Initially, this role will focus on our Workmate Experience during our transition period as we return to the office. After our offices fully reopen, your focus will shift to in-office site experiences as well as the hybrid worker experience.
