The Classics Footwear Senior Director will be responsible for our industries most coveted footwear franchises! This person will lead and drive team and product excellence at all stages of the product creation process. We have a One Team mentality, and this role will lead in building a culture centered on the premise of working cross functionally to drive exceptional results. This role is tasked with leading by example inside and outside of the Global Footwear organization and deliver progress against Men's Sport Lifestyle Macro Strategy, prioritizing team and product excellence. This position is also be responsible for crafting and delivering impactful presentations at internal and external meetings on a regular cadence. This role requires high cultural competency, a strong eye for business, (franchise management and astute financial judgement) and communication skills. The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of the Generation Z ALPHA consumer and has a clear understating of what drives value creation for them.

  • Qualifications
    • Creativity and passion for sneakers
    • Ability to demonstrate a sophisticated understanding of Lifestyle Footwear (tastes, habits, preferences, interests & behaviors)
    • An appreciation for culture, style, luxury and streetwear
    • Experience monitoring and understanding trends, and applying that understanding to your work
    • Bachelor's degree and 10 years' experience in a product, merchandising, buying, sales, trend, or style-related role, or a combination of relevant equivalent education, experience, and training.
    • Ability to demonstrate a general understanding of Footwear construction
    • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Validated ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively
    • Attention to detail and timelines
    • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, including internationally.
