You will have experience driving process transformations and capability building executional muscle in large organizations, as well as an understanding of MarTech capabilities, ideally with the Adobe stack. The ideal candidate enjoys operational execution at the deepest level working with marketers and operators to evangelize, upskill, and train serving as the center of excellent for all MarTech questions.


This role leads go-to-market for new marketing capabilities, driving adoption and evangelism inside Nike's worldwide geographical teams. This role will be responsible for driving new MarTech deployment and adoption end to end, including collaborating to design new operational processes, designing and driving training programs for new tools, and establishing operational support mechanisms for end user marketers and operators. This leader will also manage a SWAT team for standing up new Agile experimentation pods in the Geos, as well as a team building out a broader Digital Marketing acumen training program upskilling teams across Nike, sharing standard methodologies and use cases between geographies and operators, understanding global and geo level marketing and operator needs and the capabilities and limitations of vendors to meet those needs.


This person will manage a team of 3 directly with a group of external temporary workers. The leader will organize go to market squads by use cases and tools embedded within our geographical areas of focus including North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific and Latin America.

  • Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
  • 10+ Years experience with a focus on Growth and Performance Marketing
  • Strong digital program and project management background ideally within the CRM and MarTech space. Adobe experience is a plus.
  • Strong Marketing Technology and CRM executional competence at scale using the Adobe suite of solutions
  • Passion and drive to teach operators how to use new tools and capabilities to both perform their tasks today as well as transform ways of working internally and experiment with new ways to reach, serve, and retain members at scale in the future.
  • Strong analytical and financial chops
  • Ability to operate and set up strong structure, process, and rubrics cross functionally and at scale for sound program and project management
  • Change management and transformation experience at scale
  • Deep curiosity for the consumer, the changing marketing and industry landscape, a passion for leading teams and driving transformation!
