Job Title
Senior Director, Clover Operational Strategy and Expansion - Clover

Job Purpose

Clover is looking to hire a talented Senior Director of Operations. This role will focus on driving and leading Clover's operational growth globally.

Key areas of responsibility and focus will be:

1. Developing a scalable growth plan into our global growth markets (India, Europe, etc.). This will mean defining soft/hardware tool sets, setting hiring plans and partners, drafting growth projections, onsite execution of training, full engagement with local business teams and more.

2. Creating a Clover Business Operations Measurement review process. Need this person to define our key KPIs for managing operations, knowing when to grow or reduce in select locations and overall, how to assess true operational health for Clover. Must have that be action oriented, reviewed at least monthly with ability to escalate and manage through any significant issues.

3. Be open and willing to absorb functions that should live within Clover operations but may exist in other areas of the org today. The candidate must be flexible in their ability to pick work up when it may not be well defined or expected.

4. Team first candidate - absolutely must be able to work collaboratively, in a high -stress environment across many time zones and geographies. Has to work well cross-functionally, able to live in the grey area of projects and thrive in a bit of controlled chaos.

5. Lead the exploration and business case generation of a Clover Solutions team that can support filling development and resource needs from partners and clients.

Basic Qualifications for consideration:

1. Bachelors Degree

2. Experienced and familiar with metrics and KPIs.

3. Experience running operational areas.

Preferred qualifications for consideration:

1. Masters Degree
2. Organizational planning, consulting experience and on-the-ground operational and/or call center knowledge are extremely helpful
3. Willing to travel ~1 week per month as needed
4. Experience in growth forecasting and with operational software / processes / metrics is highly desirable.

Salary Range
$116,700.00 - $194,600.00
