  • Directly manages subordinate leaders and sales managers
  • Multi-segmentarea of responsibilityleading field and inside organizations
  • Develops strategic account management and pipeline processes
  • Leads team's business acumen and customer knowledge


  • Mentors Regional Sales Managers
  • Define overall national orsegmentsales Strategy.


Essential Requirements

  • In-depth understanding of customer/industry climate
  • High level of solutions and technical knowledge


  • Typically18+ years of relevant experience with aBachelor'sdegree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Typically requires 10+ years diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization and people motivation skill (or equivalent experience)
