Job Description:
Responsible for the planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables for a larger program which requires engagement from teams across multiple organizations. Communicates the target outcomes, coordinates delivery, manages risks, ensures compliance to standards, and provides visibility into the health of the program. Ensures execution and delivery meets the clients expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, cost. Manages financials for the program, assist with resource planning, and facilitate sync points between business and technology leaders across multiple organizations. Establishes the target outcomes in partnership with the stakeholders and leaders. Establishes and builds relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk. Coordinates and facilitates the program routines - e.g. kick-off, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc. Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple organizations. Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to achieve the target outcomes and timeline. Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal. Responsible to provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule. Ensures that execution is aligned with target outcomes by working with the sponsor/stakeholders. Ensures the work delivered complies with Enterprise Change Management standards. Tracks the success metrics and reviews performance with stakeholders and leadership. Manages the financials and assists with resource planning for the program. Provides input to define/improve the Change Management process for the Portfolio. Individual Contributor.

Who We Look For:
The Enterprise Independent Testing Technology (EIT) team, within Global Risk Technology, manages a growing multi-application platform providing technology capabilities for the EIT business team that conducts independent testing to help identify evolving regulatory and business process risk across the eight lines of business and enterprise control functions.
We are looking for a strong, innovative Senior Delivery Lead to join the team as this the EIT platform continues to become the Enterprise Testing Utility (ETU) for the bank.
Job Summary:
A Sr Delivery Lead is responsible for the planning, coordinating and delivery of defined deliverables for a larger program which requires engagement from teams across multiple organizations. Key responsibilities include managing delivery across the EIT technology stack, managing risks, communication/ coordination, ensuring compliance to standards, agile adoption and providing visibility into the health of the program. This role ensures execution and delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline and cost. Manage financials for the program, assist with resource planning, and facilitate sync points between business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Risk and Compliance partners. A Sr Delivery Lead is an individual contributor at the program level.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Establishes the target outcomes in partnership with the stakeholders and leaders.
  • Support portfolio manager in managing large complex programs with internal/ external dependencies and governance routines
  • Able prioritize and deliver in a fast moving, high pressure environment.
  • Involved in annual funding/ budgeting and reprioritization activities.
  • Lead Agile adoption and improvement of overall program standards.
  • Establishes and builds relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk.
  • Coordinates and facilitates the program routines -e.g. kick-off, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.
  • Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple organizations.
  • Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to achieve the target outcomes and timeline.
  • Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal.

Required Skills:

  • 7-10 years of applicable experience
  • Subject Matter Expert in Enterprise Change Standards, financial management and Agile methodology
  • Excellent presentation skills and comfort level in presenting to senior leadership
  • Experience preparing for and facilitates program level routines
  • Experience partnering with program level technology leaders and architects to ensure solutions delivered align to defined strategy
  • Excellent written and PowerPoint skills
  • Highly proficient in project management tools and JIRA
  • Experience coaching Delivery Leads to improve performance and deliver desired outcomes
  • Financial management at program level (+/- 1% for monthly forecast)
  • Experience collaborating across business and technology teams to identify and mitigate risk and solve program level problems

  • RTE experience
  • PMP certified
  • Hands on technology development experience
