Job Description
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Senior role on premiere FIS global incident response team (FSIRT).
• Performs cyber security incident investigation and forensic analysis
• Shares rotation of weekly on-call/triage duties with team
• Develops new approaches to IR and defensive capabilities
• Documents incident timelines
• Coordinates with Business Units to address emerging risks.
• Provides timely updates to leadership on assigned cases
FIS JOB LEVEL DESCRIPTION
A career level professional role with a full understanding of incident response procedures and toolsets. Resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise. Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.
