The Senior Bids Coordinator supports the Bids & Proposals team by coordinating the logistics of the bids and proposals logistical process, assembling the necessary language and forms from multiple stakeholders for successful bids, assisting in the development and proofing of proposal documents for strategic product lines from drafting to submission, as well as researching and tracking opportunities. The person in this role pays close attention to detail, is well organized, effectively prioritizes projects and is excited about contributing to this meaningful work in the world of education!
Responsibilities of the Senior Coordinator:

  • Monitor internal and external sources for relevant bidding opportunities
  • Review and summarize bid request documents (RFPs, RFQs etc.) to share pertinent information with the wider team
  • Coordinate schedules and approvals for actions supporting bid opportunities
  • Oversee and update team calendars with scheduled events and deadlines for ongoing projects
  • Manage the content library used for Bid and Adoption responses
  • Identify and populate proposal documents with relevant information using internal product resources
  • Act as liaison between bids and specified product teams to relay information pertinent to bids
  • Regularly meet with the marketing team to identify product win themes, key benefits, etc. to apply to bid responses
  • Coordinate the production and delivery process for all documentation surrounding bids


Basic Requirements of the Senior Coordinator:

  • BA/BS Degree
  • 3+ years' work experience in a professional work environment
  • Problem solving skills and detail orientation
  • Experience reviewing and editing text documents
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite (Gmail, Gdocs, etc.)


Preferred Requirements of the Senior Coordinator:

  • Some project management or other supervisory experience a plus
  • Interest in K-12 education
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat
  • Self-directed and motivated; able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
