The successful candidate will be an integral part of a growing Legal and Compliance team. The Sr. Contract Negotiations Manager will be responsible for hands-on, drafting, revision and overall end-to-end negotiation of primarily inbound technology and partnership agreements. The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of private and public company experience, be organized, resourceful, responsible, detail-oriented and able to perform under minimal supervision. 

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the full cycle of primarily inbound cloud platform, on-premise licenses, and partnership agreements with significant business and financial impact, from initial review through negotiation and execution 
• Review and negotiate complex contract terms and conditions in compliance with the Company’s policies, data security, and industry best practices
• Work closely with senior inhouse and external counsel as necessary on strategic contract negotiations;
• Assist with the development and streamlining of agreement forms, playbooks, and related company training 
• Perform risk analysis review for all contractual documents and recommend mitigating options
• Fully utilize the company’s contract lifecycle management system and help drive ongoing process and systems improvement initiatives.  

What We Need:

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex agreements at a software technology or insurance company
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment
• BS, BA, or its equivalent, JD preferred
• Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills coupled with the ability to work effectively with different business functions
• Ability to exercise sound independent judgement under minimal supervision  

Unstoppable Qualities:

• Experience working with highly regulated entities a bonus
• Experience with Ironclad, AI assisted contract review solutions, and similar Legal work optimization tools a bonus
