We provide customized results, adapting enterprise risk management strategy to potential cyber pitfalls. We assess network, application, information, and operational security to assist our clients in strengthening their collective user awareness and disaster recovery plans. The Cybersecurity team's expertise in regulatory response, governance & reporting, data security & protection, and cyber resilience helps ensure that our clients can continue operating at the top of their fields while safeguarding the information for end-users.
About the Job:
As a Senior Consultant - Cybersecurity, you will manage consulting engagements for clients in multiple industries. You will have the opportunity to work on client site to deliver large-scale initiatives, as well as expand your cybersecurity knowledge.
What You'll Get to Do:

• Lead high visibility projects to increase client's cybersecurity posture
• Assist with the design and development of security policies, standards and procedures across various domains (e.g., Identity & Access Management, Security Logging & Monitoring, Data Loss Prevention, Encryption, etc.)
• Collaborate with the team to conduct structured data gathering, research, and analysis while evaluating controls to provide relevant recommendations for enhancing current operations
• Prepare, facilitate, document, and actively participate in client meetings and workshops
• Create high quality presentations and reports to effectively communicate project findings
• Participate in the development of Whitepapers / Points of View (PoV) and other technical eminence materials
• Participate in the development of new market opportunities that will expand our business, the Capco brand, and our global reach

What You'll Bring with You:

• 4+ years of cybersecurity experience
• 1+ years project and/or program management experience
• Strong Project Management skills following PMO processes (Project plan, RAID, resource planning, monthly finance projections, change requests, ect.)
• Credentials in cyber, privacy, and/or project management are a plus
• Ability to pick up in-flight projects and drive to completion
• Experience working for a management consulting firm is a plus
• Experience working across different industries in a plus (Financial Services, Manufacturing, Energy, etc.)
• Ability to be an effective communicator and manage expectations with stakeholders of various seniority
• Working knowledge of one or more industry frameworks / standards (e.g., NIST CSF, FFIEC CAT, FSSCC Cyber Profiles, MITRE Frameworks, ISO 27k) and cybersecurity and data privacy laws/regulations (e.g., NYSDFS 500, CCPA, GDPR)
• An outstanding ability to analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, communicate effectively and confidently, work well in cross-functional teams
