Chewy is seeking a Senior Cloud Services Analyst. Chewy’s mission is to be the most trusted and convenient online destination for pet parents and partners everywhere. We view pets (and pet parents) as family, and we are obsessed with meeting their needs and exceeding customer expectations through every interaction.  Within Chewy, the Customer Service Platform Engineering department is focused on building and supporting applications to improve the experiences of pet parents, partners, and our employees.  The Agent Experience team is seeking an experienced individual who can help manage and support the Oracle Service Cloud application.  This position will be a key role in helping define and deliver the best possible experience for our Customer Service Representatives and other pet-parent and partner facing positions.


What You’ll Do:

  • Manage Chewy’s functional implementation of a highly customized Oracle Service Cloud environment
  • Manage upkeep of lower environments which support the software development lifecycle
  • Collaborating with customer-facing product and engineering teams to understand and help determine business requirements
  • Support Configurations and Deployments in AWS
  • Triage, Troubleshoot, and resolve issues
  • Support the Oracle Service Cloud application through upgrades and maintenances

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ Years of implementing and/or administering Oracle Service Cloud
  • Strong configuration skills around Browser User Interface, Profile/Account management, Workflows, Workspaces, Business Rules, Reporting, and related product areas
  • Familiarity with implementing and supporting the various customization frameworks available in Oracle Service Cloud, such as CPMS, Extensions, and REST APis
  • Ability to think and perform both tactically and strategically
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, people-oriented attitude
  • Passionate about customers and customer experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive

Bonus (if applicable):

    • Experience with Amazon Web Services
    • Experience with Agile Project Methodology
    • Software development Experience with familiarity in PHP and/or Javascript
