We are seeking an experienced, Senior Cloud Based Systems Administrator to support our customer in the Intelligence Community. In this role, you will maintain cloud based applications deployed on a classified network. You will install operating systems, migrate code, set-up and maintain networks, and obtaining Authority To Operate (ATO).

Responsibilities include:

• Independently generate and implement system security plans;
• Perform networks scans to demonstrate compliance;
• Work on timely patch management, updates, and accreditation and authorization - both for the first time and renewals;
• Evaluate end-to-end systems and systems-oreinted products through their entire life cycle and provide feedback to design engineers;
• Ensure products and systems comply with requirements, government information assurance, and cyber security standards and practices through formal verification methods; and
• Closely collaborate with ISSM Staff and other Cyber Security personnel to manage ongoing issues and accreditations across the group.

Qualifications

Required:

• Active TS/SCI with POLY
• Bachelors degree and at least 14 years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• System administrator certifications (RHCSA, RHCE, etc)
• Experience working with C2S cloud environments
• Experience installing & maintaining Linux Red Hat (CentOS) servers and workstations
• Ability to:
  • Analyze audit logs and applications logs to resolve non-compliances;
  • Perform Nessus network scans and compliance checks against system security configuration guidelines;
  • Analyze scanning results for evidence of security vulnerabilities or threats.
• Previous experience with the Intelligence Community
