What's the biggest problem your team is solving?

We’re always seeking to make the customer experience with Kandji as personalized & meaningful as possible. The admins we work with are busy, so we need to ensure that they derive value from every interaction with our team. How has your career grown since starting at the company?

Working at Kandji has helped me develop into a strategic sales professional and thoughtful leader.

When I joined the sales organization we had an SDR team of 2. Now, with the encouragement and support of the leadership team, I happily serve as an SDR Manager coaching my own team of hard-working and clever individuals!

McKenna

Sales Development Manager

How do you make yourself accessible to the rest of the team?

At Kandji, we value transparency. During our weekly All Hands meetings, I often share upcoming product launches, strategy changes, and company updates and encourage open discussion in the chat. One of our core values is that we empower teams to reach out directly to anyone in the company, myself included, to thrive asynchronously and efficiently.

Adam

What projects are you most excited about?

Kandji does a fantastic job prioritizing technical projects, so there are more than I can list. Many projects are grouped under the 'Operational Excellence' umbrella, comprised of work focused on Scalability, Stability, and Security. We're investing heavily into Kandji's foundation to enable us to scale the platform and team for years to come!
