BASIC FUNCTION:
This position is responsible for analyzing complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. Assist in the execution of new business cases and develop solutions by defining the business partners' needs, determining an execution strategy, and developing a plan/proposal for delivery of projects. In addition, this position may provide consultation to business partners, lead cross-functional teams to address business issues, and produce datasets for reporting analysis.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of experience working in a role which requires one of more of the following: business analyst, data management, etc. OR 12 years of experience working in a role which requires one of more of the following: business analyst, data management, etc.
*6 years with business intelligence tools and systems, and relational database technology.
*Proficiency with SQL, Alteryx and Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio) for written communication and analysis.
*Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.
*May lead functional teams or projects.
*Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
*Experience interacting successfully with management and staff across multiple departments.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or Finance.
*Knowledge of data/information management principles and strategies.
*Experience with finance and accounting data.
*Experience with reporting and analytics.
