Senior Associate, Worker Compliance

Workrise is hiring a Senior Associate, Workforce Compliance that will be responsible for reporting metrics for critical initiatives, partnering with worker and client contacts to drive compliance, and encouraging alignment across the business.
Our ideal candidate for this role will be someone who is extremely detail oriented, organized, drives process standardization and innovation, and thrive in an invigorating, fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Analyze, calculate and report out on critical data as it relates to client expectations and worker compliance
- Lead internal auditing of new workers and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify compliance gaps in our processes
- Help structure a stance around compliance using data driven metrics to best represent our business units and the workforce we support
- Sweep numerous platforms to gage individual worker compliance and create visual dashboards to present data back in a meaningful way
- Mentor newer team members and delegate mission critical tasks based on individual strengths
- Document key findings from third party platforms, client and worker interactions and MSA reviews for recordkeeping
- Manage team ticketing platform to ensure action is taken by their respective owners and brainstorm que efficiencies to aid with reporting
- Create a customized outreach cadence and strategy for workers based on compliance gaps and individual needs
- Monitor third party compliance platforms to action, assign and maintain individual and client level requirements to avoid any potential
disruption of work
What you should have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- 2+ years experience working in a compliance/auditing role
- 2+ years working in a customer facing support role
- Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience working and delivering cross-functionally with product, operations, and sales teams
- Have a passion for customer satisfaction and problem solving
- Learning Management System experience preferred
