How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

From our Summer Fridays, Wellness Days, Wellbeing Offerings, and Flexible Time Off, Inspire understands the importance of a healthy work-life balance. When we are online, we are working hard toward our mission; when we are offline, our coworkers understand our boundaries and give us time to refresh.

What projects are you most excited about?

At Inspire, the amount of business critical projects are endless. We have made great strides as a team to build our own reliable and accurate in-house energy forecasts to better serve our customers and provide them with clean energy. Currently, I'm excited to scale these models so that Inspire can continue expanding access to clean energy.

What are some things you learned at the company?

In my six years here I’ve become a more adaptable person that embraces change in the pursuit of progress. We’ve grown exponentially every year because we haven’t settled into a comfort zone. Instead we innovate, iterate and improve and I’ve learned to apply that to my own career development.

Ahsika Sanders

Sr. Channel Manager, Retail

How do you empower your team to be more creative?

We have a very strong and resourceful engineering team; when they are empowered to do their best, Inspire benefits from their creativity. I spend a lot of effort creating an environment that supports our engineers to simultaneously solve big problems (which help us achieve company goals) and enhance our systems' health (which improve our velocity).

Levent Tosun

What's the biggest problem your team is solving?

Right now we’re shaping the roadmap of Inspire’s future. There’s a lot of exciting technology that we can try, but it has to be right. We don’t want to break what’s working as we plan this new direction.
