The Enterprise Learning & Development team is seeking an Operations Lead to join our team and drive exceptional leadership development experiences. In this role, you will lead the operations for our Emerging Leader Development Program (ELDP) for high potential Senior Manager and Director level talent. You will be responsible for ensuring this cohort-based learning experience maintains it’s high participant scores and best-in-class reputation. You will also execute multiple cohorts with end-to-end project tasks and manage critical stakeholder and external vendor relationships. Additional support of other leadership programs will happen on an ad-hoc basis.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage all program logistics and planning, including event planning, drafting and sending program communications, managing calendar invites, scheduling speakers, overseeing onsite and virtual logistics
Execute multiple cohorts of up to 40 participants each, with a high level of attention to detail and exceptional learner experience
Measure program impact through assessments and data analysis, and make recommendations for enhancements
Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and stakeholders

Basic Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree, or at least 1 year of experience managing learning programs.
2+ years’ experience in Program Management, or Process Management.
1+ year of experience working with Google Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Learning and Development, Leadership Coaching, or Human Resources.
Experience leading cohort-based learning programs.
At least 2 years of experience in Project, or Process Management using Agile practices and human centered design.
Proven ability to work in fast paced environment without supervision.
Capable of working on multiple projects while maintaining close attention to detail.
Effective problem solving and strong interpersonal skills.
