A successful candidate will have the ability to work in a unique, fast-paced environment.Position Responsibilities:

• Partners with Boeing's Wisk Joint Venture, which is developing electric, autonomous aircraft, to advance strategy, partnerships and overall approach to the urban air mobility market
• Leads project teams to develop, integrate and communicate Boeing strategies across the Advanced Air Mobility market. Supports senior decision-making through strategic analysis to shape Boeing's approach to future markets
• Leads market research, market/competitive analysis, benchmarking and forecasting
• Leads strategic analysis and integration, identifying technology enablers and alternatives for Boeing's market approach
• Partners closely with Engineering, Finance, and other functions to ensure strategic alignment
• Leads market development and opportunity assessment for partnerships, investments and merger/acquisitions

• 3+ years of experience in a strategy or business development related position
• Experience performing strategy work (e.g. market or competitive research and analysis, strategy development, and facilitating strategic decisions)
• Experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's degree or higher (including MBA, JD, Technical Masters, etc.)
• Experience building strategic partnerships
• Experience working with engineering and technical teams
