Job Description

Manage document control, visitor control, classified meetings, and other duties within a Torch Lab. Monitor and conduct security briefings and debriefings. Investigates or oversees the investigation of losses and security violations and recommends corrective actions. Maintains liaison with outside agencies and keeps upper management informed of all security activities. Develops procedures and coordinates procedure manual revisions.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Classified document control
• Submitting Visit Authorization Requests (VARs)
• Security in-processing & out-processing of employees
• Familiar with SIMS database
• Process badge requests
• Classified meeting preparations
• COMSEC custodian (or alternate custodian)
• Preparation for DCSA audits
• Administering security Closed Areas
• Prepare and Conduct employee security training

Job Requirements
• 3-5 years' experience in Industrial Security
• Demonstrated working knowledge of NISS, DISS, SWFT, and other DCSA databases as required
• Currently active Secret with ability to obtain a Top Secret
• Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office Suite
