The Enterprise Identity and Access Management team is looking for a security analyst to manage and take ownership of identity security technologies. Primary responsibility will be the development, design, integration, and architecture of security technologies such as CyberArk Vault, HashiCorp Vault, Certificate Management, and Privileged Access Management practices. These responsibilities include interacting with technologies both in the corporate data center and in the cloud.

This work will include but is not limited to:
* Administration and ownership of Privileged Access Identity technologies.
* Creation of technical documentation for system functionality and procedural guidance.
* Adherence and enforcement of state and federal regulations.
* Collaborate with business partners and IS teams to build and deploy high quality solutions.
* Assessment of new technologies and enhanced features for implementation.
* Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for at least one technology.
* Mentor team members in a collaborative manner.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Partner with team members to manage identity security technologies that support the organization.
  • Identify, define, develop, implement and ensure the ethical administration of all security policies, processes and procedures; investigate possible security policy exceptions; maintain and document security controls.
  • Perform systems analyst duties related to security architecture and infrastructure to include:
    • Providing design, analytical, and programming support for security products and services
    • Collecting and analyzing relevant data related to security trends and technologies
    • Developing technical and non-technical security designs to satisfy business requirements
    • Developing, modifying and implementing test and implementation plans for security products and processes
  • Work closely with customer business environments to provide appropriate solutions and process improvements.
  • Report violations (internal and external sources) to the Security CIRT (Computer Incident Response Team) and participate in CIRT activities such as investigating internal and external security incidents, excess individual access authorities, and distributed security responsibilities.
  • Develop auditing and reporting for primary security tools such as authentication directories and distributed authentication systems. Develop auditing and reporting for distributed security responsibilities to include home office, field offices, and the cloud environments.
  • Process complex requests for login IDs, passwords, and data accesses. Develop, review and approve security administration guidelines, processes, and procedures.
  • Oversee and direct the participation of team members in complex hardware and software upgrades across all security platforms; provide security analysis for all hardware/software platforms and provide security resources for operating system and security software upgrades.
  • Consult on company-wide projects where security needs are identified.
  • Identify and evaluate security products to enhance current productivity and effectiveness. Make recommendations to department management based on evaluation and assessment.
  • Maintain strong professional relations with internal customer areas and outside vendors, keeping abreast of industry trends, threats, risks and controls.
  • Responsible for complying with all Company policies and standards.
  • Responsible for ensuring appropriate security and privacy measures are implemented on technology solutions to protect Company data from intentional or accidental misuse.

ABOUT YOU:

  • 5 years experience managing, building, and configuring security technologies.
  • Proven experience in system design, research, analysis, testing and implementation
  • Detailed knowledge in specialized security technical tools and techniques and their implementation and administration
  • Working knowledge of project methodology, and policy development and implementation
  • Understanding of government regulations such as security, privacy, audit reporting, etc.

  • You are able to work remotely and have access to high-speed internet.

VALUABLE EXPERIENCE:

  • CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) Certification (or other management approved certification)
  • Experience administrating security identity technologies to include Varonis, Okta, and Sailpoint.
  • Scripting / Automation experience.
  • Agile Planning Experience.
  • Proven leadership, business judgment, negotiation skills and customer relations with ability to operate independently but within team, division, operation and corporate guidelines

  • Salary range: $100,000 - $115,000
  • Pay commensurate with experience.
