The Security Operations Associate will be a member of a dynamic custody\\\\accounting operations team servicing high profile clients in the Wealth & Retirement Administration Industry. Responsibilities include processing\\\eviewing client directed transactions, reconciliation, inquiry management\\\esolution, and\\\\or projects. The successful candidate will need to have the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional groups and management, while executing the responsibilities of the position and providing client satisfaction.
What you will be doing

  • Reviews and validates all daily activity in an accurate and timely manner, and maintains all required controls to ensure overall accuracy and timeliness.
  • Works in conjunction with individuals on the team as well as other support teams to ensure seamless processing per procedure.
  • Perform research and resolution process for exceptions, reconciliations, complex transactions and inquiries.
  • Remains familiar with back-up procedures when system applications and/or transmission problems arise.
  • Escalate unresolved issues/problems to management team.
  • Maintains records in support of audits.

  • Proficient in the use of basic office equipment and tools as well as applications specific to trust systems/processes
  • Requires strong problem-solving, time management, organizational and data entry skills
  • Requires attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and adjust schedules to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in an organized manner
  • Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients and public
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
