Job Description
In this role you will be pivotal in ensuring internal programs meet controls objectives by enabling Lines of Business users, technology users and control stakeholders to securely adopt and scale Azure Cloud Enablement platform. Excellent opportunity to join the new Azure Cloud Enablement platform team. Primary responsibilities will include enabling the Enterprise Technology Services Risk, Controls and Compliance team leading the quickly expanding controls space.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key controls stakeholders is a must. This is a great role for someone who enjoys the controls area and be willing to adapt to the ever-changing compliance demands. Experience with managing and facilitating internal audits is a plus. Role responsibilities

  • Work closely with Azure architect and Engineering teams to identify and validate security and controls requirements
  • Test and evidence Azure policies supporting JPMorgan required control objectives and procedures
  • Interface with Product Security organization to ensure required controls criteria coverage
  • Support internal audit cycles across Enterprise Technology Services controls space
  • Partner closely with firm Control Domain Authorities ensuring required process / controls coverage and compliance
  • Work closely with Cybersecurity and Technology Controls partners to support Enterprise Technology Services Application Owners with findings and break management
  • Support risk management, and new product compliance as we continue to build out various Enterprise Technology Services offerings.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum of 5 -7 years of relevant experience
  • Previous experience closely involved with central risk teams for managing vulnerabilities, and vendor application controls review
  • Experience in Risk, Controls, and Compliance in Financial Services Industry
  • Strong understanding of the product development model


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Interest in supporting the adoption of new models across multiple business units.
  • Team player; and ability to build and maintain relations with multiple control stakeholder teams
  • Understanding of cloud architecture and design a plus

About the Team
The Chief Technology Office oversees enabling components inclusive of the top quality engineering and architecture tools and practices, key program management and processes as well as the technology workforce strategy required to make us a leading technology company for our customers, clients and colleagues around the world.
High Risk Roles (HRR) are sensitive roles within the technology organization that require high assurance of the integrity of staff by virtue of 1) sensitive cybersecurity and technology functions they perform within systems or 2) information they receive regarding sensitive cybersecurity or technology matters. Users in these roles are subject to enhanced pre-hire screening which includes both criminal and credit background checks (as allowed by law).
