Secondary Support Specialist
The Loan Delivery Support team member will assist the Outright Loan Delivery Team with tasks necessary for clean file delivery and loan fundings including working with: loan documents, funding statements and mortgage notes.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Review and upload loan packages via due diligence company portals
- Ownership of non-agency loans within QRM, wiring instructions
- Reporting including but not limited to:review of common findings, CU score updates and production numbers
- Review balance template for curtailments and funding memo for data accuracy and true-up process post-funding
- Using strong interpersonal skills to facilitate relationships with other teams in the company as well as investors
- Enhance processes and create efficiencies
- Assistance to Loan Delivery Specialists as needed and special projects as assigned
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- High School diploma required, College Degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, multi-tasking and dependability
- An ability to work well independently, as well as in a team, and take ownership of responsibilities
- Some experience using Excel, with ability to utilize PIVOTs, vLookup, & other analytical functions
- Experience working with mortgage documents is preferred
- This position requires on-site atttendance.
