Position : Scrum Lead II
Job Location: United States : North Carolina : Cary
Work arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days in office/2 days remote.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage Agile board for team members worldwide using Azure DevOPs tool to track features, stories, and backlog. Manage Sprint planning, and create, prioritize, and assign stories. Host daily stand-up calls with all stakeholders to discuss status of assigned stories, risks, and impediments. Participate in requirements and design discussions. Define Most Viable Product (MVP) and find solutions, applying knowledge of LOMA certified insurance domain, pension products and annuity. Translate requirements into Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) using Ultra Edit tool for BDD feature file creation. Assist team with code analysis and review using Change Man, File Manager, QMF, SPUFI, Swagger API, and Postman API Validation.
Essential Business Skills and Technical Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Computer Engineering (willing to accept foreign degree equivalent) plus five (5) years of experience designing and developing complex IT systems and coordinating deliverables in a team environment within the insurance industry. Specific skills/other requirements (quantitative experience requirement not applicable to this section) -- must possess the following: coordinating Agile board, including project management, estimation and resource planning; coding in mainframes programming languages, including COBOL, JCL, CICS, REXX or DB2; and translating requirements into Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) using Ultra Edit tool for BDD feature file creation.
