SAP Cutover Manager - Senior

Your Role and Responsibilities
This position is expected to provide expert level business process guidance on SAP requirements and design and audit readiness. This position requires more than 10 years of ERP Project Management experience in large organizations. Planned and managed at least 2 or 3 complex ERP Cutovers involving multiple applications, business processes. The Cutover Manager will provide leadership to the members of the cutover team while working with the other technical managers and senior management. Responsibilities are leadership to the cutover team, estimating Change requests for Change Control Board review & approval, working with program analyst and business management team on Integrated Master Schedule, developing and reviewing variance report, participating in compliance audits and other related activities and supporting other teams (fielding, implementation and sustainment).
Job Duties:
- Provide expertise to manage/coordinate cutover activities and war room
- Develop and maintain cutover documentation and schedule
- Support development of training work products and respond to trainer questions
- Provide help desk support, assisting and resolving end user support problems, resolving defects ('break/fix'), analyzing proposed improvements or changes to the Navy ERP solution and system; and • Prepare/conduct briefings, demos or training sessions as needed
If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the anticipated compensation range for the position $92,000 to $174,000 based on a full time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Ten or more years of SAP experience
- Possesses Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience in one or more functional/module area
- Knowledge of and experience with DoD and specifically Navy ERP preferred
- Requires strong organization and communication skills
- Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments
- Plans and leads major technology assignments
- Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success
- Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments
- May supervise others
- Experience in software development lifecycle surrounding requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, documentation, test (unit, functional, integration, regression, stress, and user acceptance), implementation, and post production support of standard and custom business solutions supporting various SAP modules, such as ECC, BW, SCM, SRM, etc(in a Tier 3 environment) is preferred.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- 5+ years SAP experience
- Experience in post go-live production support and break/fix
- Focus on customer service and responsiveness, with sound customer handling skills
- Federal experience required (DoD experience preferred)
- DoD clearance required (must be clearable)
