You'll help us source the highest quality parts and services from around the globe while ensuring efficient cost and timely delivery. You'll also contribute to establishing a robust supply chain so that we can continually produce the vehicles our customers want. What you'll be able to do:

  • Perform classical/legacy SAP installations, SAP S/4 installations, upgrades, patches, applying support packages, system copies/refreshes and installation of add-on software components.
  • Daily administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and tuning of all SAP systems.
  • Working with Vendors/partners and tune classical SAP and S/4 systems for optimal Performance.
  • Working closely with other product teams to meet and maintain operational KPIs/SLAs.
  • Participate in multi-landscape design solutions, architecture recommendations, and client strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Develop, implement, and complete SAP BASIS / HANA DB policies and procedures to ensure the integrity and availability of SAP systems in support of the SAP applications.
  • Provide Support and Mentorship to the other Project and Development teams during the build, test and productive operation of project implementation.
  • Setup and Configuration of Solution Manager Dashboards in order to monitor administer the SAP systems.
  • Support NA EWM warehouses related to SAP infrastructure issues (Printers, SLNet, Windows servers and RF devices)
  • Support Cloud initiatives (eg. GCP) to setup/migrate existing On-prem SAP solutions.
  • Provide Production Support on a periodic 24x7 support with on-call responsibilities.


The minimum requirements we seek:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Electronics engineering or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience with SAP Basis Administration.
  • 7+ years of experience in SAP SPM (Service Parts Management) administration.
  • Minimum 2 full SAP life cycle implementations experience.


Our preferred qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Electronics engineering or related field.
  • Hands on experience in installing and configuring SAP systems (ECC, SCM, Live Cache, EWM, CRM, PI/PO, BI, SolMan) , SAP Enterprise portals, SAP GRC.
  • Ability to build Transport Domain Controller and administer the Transport Management System.
  • Experience in using Solution Manager ChaRM.
  • Experience with System/Technical monitoring using Solution Manager.
  • Problem solving and debugging skills.
  • Effective team player working with Onsite and Offshore teams.
